I am experienced hypnotherapist and counsellor with extensive experience of working with individuals and families. I offer a supportive and empathetic environment where you can feel secure and supported to explore areas which you may find difficult.
With a background in social work, I have experience in working with people from all walks of life, helping them overcome some of the challenges they have been facing at different stages in life. My interest in holistic therapies and trauma gave me a deep understanding of the connection between mind and body and the way our life experiences, relationships and emotional difficulties can negatively impact our lives.
I can offer you a safe space where you can
process distressing events and painful feelings or identify behaviour and thought patterns which cause you distress. By working through and exploring these difficulties, I can support you promote healthier ways of managing relationships, whilst increasing your confidence and empower you to handle every day issues with more ease.
I can assist you in reducing stress levels and anxiety by relaxation techniques and teaching you self-hypnosis.
I believe that we hold the resources we need to help us change the course of our lives, release our fears, overstep barriers and overcome limiting beliefs which may hold us back from achieving our true potential and be the authentic expression of ourselves.
