Starting any form of therapy can be a daunting experience and so my aim is to help you feel at ease by working with you in order to help you overcome the obstacles that are stopping you from leading a meaningful and authentic life.
I can help with stress management, work-related stress, weight management, self-development, imposter syndrome, self esteem, confidence and self-limiting beliefs.
Therapy provides a place to talk freely and to reflect on what is holding you back, bring about the change you want and enable you to move forward in a different way. My approach is supportive, non-judgmental and honest and provides you with a safe space where you can process and work out what you want and what you need in order to achieve your goals.
In addition to my private practice, I work with Anxiety UK as an approved therapist and a volunteer therapist with the mental health charity Mind. I am also a co-founder of Phoenix Together which provides support to organisations.
