I dedicated more than five years to volunteering at Link Romania and Save the Children International. Volunteering helped me to gain excellent communication and people skills and the ability to relate to people of all ages and backgrounds. Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) and Master in Research (MRes) in Social Research and Wellbeing prepared me for a professional career primarily focusing on health and well being.
By choosing me, you learn to take simple and practical steps towards enjoying life again.
My practical approach can help with difficult life problems-coping with traumatic experiences and events, dealing with depression and anxiety or managing harmful emotions and behaviours. I apply different strategies and tools to devise effective treatment plans and modify them as required.
I have a passion for discovery, learning and listening.
My greatest strength is being empathetic, compassionate and having excellent listening skills.
