Using Hypnotherapy skills I help clients to achieve positive results in areas of their life where they have identified a need for change. This may be addressing issues such as anxiety; phobias; weight loss; smoking cessation; child birth; positive thinking; sleep; self esteem etc.
As a result of a previous and long career within the police service as a manager and operating as a Hostage and Crisis Negotiator, Critical Incident Stress Debriefer and Staff Representative I have lots of experience in supporting individuals, helping them to identify and resolve life issues.

  Chrysalis Certificate in Hypnotherapy with AIM Awards;
  Certificate in Counselling from the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Leicester;
