My sessions are calming and relaxing to suit your individual needs to help you achieve your own goals. Solution focussed Hypnotherapy works with the whole person rather than the problem, it uses the power of the subconscious mind to regain control
I have a nurturing Approach and my clients are at the heart of what I do. My practice is based on supporting and understanding the challenges that clients face and how we can get stuck in some unhelpful behaviours and thinking patterns.
I have over 17 years experience working in the Local Authority working within Family Support supporting parents and children to be the best they can be.
I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society
