I am a fully qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist, at this time I am offering appointments in the evenings and on a Saturday during the day. I am able to offer outreach in your home if this suits better for you and you are in the local vicinity (at a small cost)
I work with adults and children struggling with issues around anxiety and low self-confidence and self-esteem. This can include physical symptoms like panic attacks, palpitations, breathlessness, sleeping and eating problems, and behavioural problems like anger, resentment, sensory overloads and meltdowns. Hypnotherapy support's people's well-being and I can also offer hypnotherapy for weight loss and to quit smoking for a healthier and happier life without the added effects of stress.
Hypnosis is a state of relaxation which makes a person more open to positive suggestions, and will help guide you to a positive outcome that will help in your future life. I offer a free 15 minute conversation by telephone or video call where you can ask me any questions or concerns you may have.
I worked within Family Support for twenty four years and have worked across the age ranges supporting both young people and adults with a range of issues including trauma, domestic abuse, behaviour issues and dealing with bereavement. I currently work in a Further Education college as a counsellor offering counselling sessions to the students.
