have worked as a Wellbeing Coach and a Therapeutic Counsellor since 2017. I also have 19 years of experience as a trainer and a teacher, so I like to incorporate an educational aspect into coaching and counselling sessions by sharing knowledge with my clients about ways that they can look after their mental health and wellbeing.
