Offering hypnotherapy and counselling/psychotherapy alongside mediation, coaching, facilitation, training and consultancy to individuals and organisations in a range of sectors.

I work with adults and young people, individuals, couples and groups, to manage change, resolve conflict, value difference, explore motivation and maximise potential.

I have a particular interest in helping clients to manage anxiety, ease rigidities, improve confidence and achieve goals in a way that is true to them.

Fully insured; GDPR compliant (ICO registered); DBS Enhanced Certificate (update service); also an Accredited Member of the National Counselling Society and a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, with specialist practice group interests in working with teenagers and their parents, and coaching. I have also taught counselling for a group of adult education colleges.
