Hypnotherapy for Key Workers

My background is in Psychology. I have a BA (Hons) in Psychology as well as a Masters Degree in this subject. I am passionate about helping people to make positive changes to their lives. I worked for a long time for a Bereavement service in Essex, counselling bereaved people on a one to one basis. My counselling training includes in-house training from Farleigh Hospice, and I hold diplomas in Cognitive Based Therapies as well as Person-Centred Psychotherapeutic Counselling. In addition to being an experienced psychotherapist, I am also a fully trained hypnotherapist and I can provide this service to help with a wide variety of issues. I am fully insured and I am a member of the National Counselling Society as well as the National Hypnotherapy Society, both of which are on the accredited register of the Professional Standards Authority. As a member of these bodies I am bound by their strict codes of conduct and their ethical guidelines.

I can help with a range of issues including stress and anxiety, bereavement, phobias, low self esteem, insomnia and stopping smoking to name a few.

I take pride in my work and I care about the well-being of my clients. If you are happy then I am happy. Sessions take place in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
