I cover a range of areas such as anxiety, phobias, weight management, quit smoking, panic attacks and much more.
I love supporting people over come and manage their anxiety. Many people have found that hypnotherapy is an effective and powerful tool to relieve anxiety and stress. Using Hypnotherapy you can start to recognise negative stress in your life and understand what you can do to prevent it impacting you in the future. I am also a qualified pluralistic counsellor, so can use a range of techniques and approaches that are tailored to you.
Phobias work on a subconscious level. This means that no matter how much we tell ourselves that XYZ isn’t threatening, our minds and bodies still react with fear. The aim of hypnotherapy is to communicate with the subconscious and change the way you feel and behave towards your phobia.
