Hello I’m Alan, I’m a fully qualified and insured hypnotherapist based in Eastbourne, East Sussex and also working online. I had hypnotherapy to stop smoking many years ago, which was an immediate success for me, and this started me on my journey of becoming a hypnotherapist to help other people with the positive life changes and goal achievements they want.
Over the years I have worked and volunteered with people as a support worker and tutor, and I have been involved in areas of adult mental health for a charity and the NHS. Alongside my Sussex Hypnotherapy practice I am a volunteer hypnotherapist with the charity Muma Nurture, which deals with fertility, pregnancy and related loss issues across Sussex.
I undertake regular supervision and further training to update and add to my professional skills.
