I'm a qualified Hypnotherapist and Counsellor that works with anxiety, stress, depression and many other challenges faced by todays society. With hypnotherapy we can work on your inner child and help to understand and manage the reasons for your challenges that arise from time to time. This can help with fears, phobias, struggling with worry or anxiety and much more or even more focused and work on specifics like job interview, anxiety to go to busy shops, fear of dogs for example. For more get in touch via my website.

As well as working directly with clients using hypnotherapy I also integrate it with my other modalities and my style is to work with you to understand the challenges you face and help you find
the solutions you are looking for so you are able to manage and live a happier life with good
mental health.

I am Pluralistically trained and Polyvagal informed, so this is the approach I will use
with you, this means I have the skills to adapt to your individual needs.

By using the mix of person centred, collaborative skills of Pluralistic counselling and working with your nervous system using the Polyvagal theory, we can work together to not only deal with the
cognitive challenges you may face but also reprogram and attune the nervous system to feel safe in the world and life you experience today and going forward.

I also work with The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) which is non-invasive listening therapy for your unique journey to a better nervous system regulation.

The Safe and Sound Protocol is an evidence-based therapeutic tool designed to reset the nervous
system and return it to safety. Designed to work with other therapeutic approaches and modalities, the SSP features specially filtered music that stimulates the vagus nerve.

Suitable for children and adults, the SSP has demonstrated benefits for individuals with trauma,
anxiety, sensory processing differences, and much more.

The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) can be delivered as part of this journey or it can be experienced
on its own as a training experience for your nervous system, especially if you are already working
with another therapist.

Should you wish to learn more about The Safe and Sound Protocol feel free to email me, no
commitments require and I will happily share this information with you, or you can schedule an
introductory 20 minutes session.
