I decided to train as a Hypnotherapist and Counsellor after experiencing the fantastic and lasting impact it had on my own life. Hypnotherapy and Counselling not only allowed me to experience a major increase in my levels of confidence, I also noticed a dramatic level of stress reduction and significant improvements in my general well- being. Hypnotherapy and Counselling were transformative in my life and have allowed me to live a healthier, happier and more fulfilled life. I would like to share these amazing benefits with others.

Stress, anxiety and sleep
I am able to provide you with practical support, hypnotic, counselling and meditation techniques which will aid you towards reducing stress, anxiety and supporting you towards improving your sleep and general well- being.
I am also a qualified Meditation Instructor and can teach you how to meditate which is a skill that you will be able to carry forward with you and can be highly instrumental in reducing levels of stress and anxiety.
I am a Certified Hypnotic Fertility Practitioner which was awarded to me by easi birthing in partnership with the National College of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
Whether you are trying to conceive naturally or through a medically aided route of conception I am able to support and work in partnership with you.
I use hypnosis to support you towards maximising the mind body connection and optimising your chances of pregnancy and a healthy birth. I will work with you around, reducing stress and gaining confidence and control of your life. I also help you in working towards identifying any removing any subconscious blocks.
