I am an integrative therapist, with training in many different therapy styles. During my M Sc study the focus was on psychodynamic and person centred approaches. Later I did certificate and diploma courses in hypnotherapy. Another diploma program on counselling and psychotherapy helped me to get familiar with multiple approaches like NLP, CBT, SWISH, REBT etc. I believe that everyone is different and the issues of each client should be addressed uniquely and compassionately.
