Everyone needs a little help now and then, no matter what stage of life they are in. I am young, but I am very keen to help people with the problems they are facing.
My job as a therapist isn’t to tell you how to deal with things, its not to tell you that you are coping the “wrong” way. My job is to guide you, and enable you to find a healthy way of coping, with also giving you the skills to face challenges that life can throw at us.
