I am enthusiastic and optimistic person, I have a very positive approach to life, but I also have a great understanding of how the stress of everyday problems can bring us down. I can help you to make the positive changes and become free from negative habits and behaviour patterns. I specialise in general self-confidence issues, motivation, stress, exam stress, fears, phobias and habits. I can also help with dealing with pain, chronic pain, bereavement and many other issues.
I work with you to gain an understanding of your challenges and goals, in a safe and caring environment, to provide personalised therapy for you. During our sessions I will guide you into a deep state of relaxation to reach your subconscious. I will deliver positive suggestions to promote new healthy habits and redirect limiting thoughts.
