I am a qualified Hypnotherapist based in Stotfold, Hertfordshire. I spent 35 years advancing through the ranks to become a Senior Manager within the Royal Mail, which included working and interacting with individuals from all over the UK. For the last 5 years, I have been working with both young and vulnerable individuals in different roles from volunteering, youth offending, youth work, and mental health issues. During this time I have enhanced my listening, coaching, mentoring and counselling skills which I have utilised within my training to become a Hypnotherapist. After reading my short bio you must be now wondering what reason I would have to become a Hypnotherapist and that is, I am and have always been passionate about helping individuals to become the very best that they can be.
