I started my career in care work, and then went on to have various jobs before working for myself in online retail. However, I have always felt the pull back into a role where I can help people, coupled with my passion and interest in the workings of the mind, I was drawn to retraining as a therapist. The ability to provide people with solutions through therapy and enabling them to reach their goals, is the most rewarding work there could be. I continue to further my knowledge and training on a regular basis. I have helped many people with their wellbeing, emotional and physical concerns. I love what I do and seeing the results of therapy change people’s lives. It truly feels like a calling!

My ethos is to provide a safe, calm, confidential, friendly, patient and non-judgemental environment where my clients are able to open up to me about whatever issues they have, and we can work together on making positive changes.

I can be flexible with appointment times, offering some evening and weekend appointments as I know trying to fit in appointments around work or family life can be difficult.

I am a qualified certified hypnotherapist and practitioner in Mnemodynamic therapy, and a registrant member of the National Hypnotherapy Society. I have completed further specialist training in weight release and pain.
