My working background has given me the experience, adaptability and potential to work with an extensive range of people whatever their difficulties, from anxiety, to IBS, to stopping smoking.
I offer a warm, friendly and professional approach and I aim to provide therapy in a safe and positive manner.
Hypnotherapy was the last place I turned to stop smoking however I wish it had been the first. It was truly a positive experience and since then I have seen it work in so many different ways.
So, a move to France and a few children later, has given me the opportunity to extend my skill set and work as a hypnotherapist.
