When we become stressed, anxious, afraid or angry it is sometimes hard to stop and focus, to put things in perspective and find a healthy, productive way to move forward. We may not understand why we have these feelings or why we act a certain way, we may feel stuck and unable to change. Everybody feels like this at some point and recognising that support could be beneficial is a huge step towards moving forward.
Hypnotherapy is a safe, gentle and effective way to build positive coping strategies and uncover and release the root cause of difficult and damaging thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
As a practitioner I bring transferable skills and experience gained from over 20yrs as a mental health nurse and therapist which i will use to support your healing journey.
I offer a safe and calm hypnotherapy experience in which we will work together to uncover, understand and let go of what is holding you back.
