Hi, I’m Annette a therapist specialising in Anxiety, Hypnotherapy, Grief and Loss. Having spent my life working with people, I believe that with the right guidance we all have the power to heal, grow and be better versions of ourselves. As a therapist my aim is to build trusting and honest relationships through my person-centred - pluralistic practice.
Psychological and emotional difficulties are often our response to the challenges we face every day. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, stress, worry, anger or low mood, I know that there is a good reason to feel that way, and an even better one to change it.
Therapy is a safe and confidential space, in which we build a collaborative environment for self-exploration and developing strategies to help you overcome the challenges, that can make your everyday life difficult.
I use a combination of different techniques based on Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills, among others. Whatever problems you are having, we will work together to find the approaches that could benefit you most, to explore and manage your difficulties and make a positive difference in your life.
