I grew up in East Africa and started my career as an early years teacher in Kenya and moved over to the UK with my family a few years ago.
I noticed moving over that many of the people I met and worked with experienced anxiety, depression and low self esteem, amongst other things. They never considered time for themselves to be a priority, or even an option, as they tried to keep up with work, families and friends. Watching the people around me feeling so defeated I wanted to do something that could help people experience and live a better, more fulfilling life and decided to pursue a career in Hypnotherapy. The skills and relaxations that are at the core of Hypnotherapy, tie in perfectly with my passion in all things natal and this led to me expanding my training to Hypnobirthing. I offer Natal Hypnotherapy, Hypnobirthing classes and pregnancy relaxation classes. I am honoured to be able to accompany couples on their journey from fertility to birth, supporting them through both the good times and the more difficult moments.
I am situated in a beautifully, serene, leafy suburb and provide a cosy, homely environment that offers clients a sanctuary of peace, calm and relaxation.
I look forward to supporting all my clients to create changes that will help them overcome their own personal hurdles and achieve a more relaxed and happier life.
