I am passionate about helping people make positive changes to their lives. I have helped people with anxieties, stress, phobias, low self-esteem, fear of public speaking, weight management and stopping smoking. We will work together in order to empower you to become more in control of your thoughts, feelings and behaviour and consequently more confident.
Contacting therapists can be initially daunting, that is why I provide a warm and safe environment, where my clients feel comfortable to express themselves and start making changes to their lives. My clients have made improvements to their lives, while enjoying the therapy itself.
I am fully insured and I have a current DBS.
