My Ethos, when it comes to Therapy, is that One Size Doesn’t Fit All!
I’m a fully qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist. I have also studied EFT Tapping to utilise as a tool within my practice.
In my pursuit to help my clients with their happiness, personal development, and growth I have studied, and continue to absorb, many practices to ensure I tailor therapy to them, working openly and honestly to ensure effective and lasting change.
Through experience I have found that working with the client to find their best way to move forward and being with them on their journey has ensured life changing, long term results. I enable clients to build their own toolkit of skills for them to support their development and happiness once therapy has ended.
