I offer Psychotherapy which draws on a broad base of theoretical models and techniques. However, the founding principle that many of the difficulties we experience in the present are rooted in the past, this is central to my work.
I offer a safe space where we can work through the issues you might want to explore without judgement or expectation. I believe that real and lasting change can be achieved through therapy. It may take some time and it wont always be easy but over time you can experience relief from personal difficulties, develop a stronger sense of who you are and find empowerment and fulfilment.
