When I was growing up, the resources for counselling or hypnotherapy were not readily available. In more recent years, however, when I needed help, therapy was a game-changer for me and helped me through my own traumatic experiences. Without it, I don’t think I would be where I am today. Not just personally or mentally, but also as a counsellor.
Counselling is such a personal journey; my own counselling journey started 15 years ago, and I am now a qualified counsellor and hypnotherapist in my own right. I’m down to earth and one of the things I have always done well is listen. So, when you are ready to talk, I will hear you.
