Hypnotherapy for Key Workers

I am a friendly, approachable, qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist who has also practiced as a Registered Nurse for the past 16 years within many medical and surgical specialities. I am also currently studying for my Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling. I believe that the combination of all of these skills, experience and qualifications meld together perfectly to allow me to offer you, the client, the best treatment programme possible.

Each person will be dealing with their own, individual issues and it’s important that your hypnotherapist recognises this and fits your hypnotherapeutic treatment programme to you. I take great pride in providing supportive, client-centred, evidence-based, bespoke hypnotherapeutic programmes that are fully tailored to your needs.

I am able to offer a multi-technique approach to hypnotherapy, including neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Through the combination of these skills, my extensive knowledge, and elements of hypnosis, we will work together to seek the best possible outcome for you. Your hypnotherapy sessions will be designed to help you lead a balanced, harmonious life, and support you to make positive changes and fulfil your personal goals, whatever they may be.

Maybe you feel like there is something holding you back from achieving your goals? Maybe you feel stressed or anxious all the time and you don’t know why? Maybe you’d like to take back your internal, unconscious control over yourself?

Hypnotherapy can help in so many ways. It’s a natural, gentle, calming and relaxing experience that can enable you to start losing weight, to no longer smoke, or to stand in front of an audience and deliver an effective and engaging speech whilst remaining nerve free. Hypnotherapy can also help you to control negative emotions, improve your confidence or self-esteem, allow you the peace of mind to ace that exam or driving test, to finally conquer your phobia, to control the acute pain of childbirth, or the chronic pain and other symptoms of a long-term condition, allow you to control your own stress, anxiety or panic, or to simply allow you time to relax, amongst its many other applications.

I am an ethical practitioner, completely focused on maintaining the confidentiality, welfare, and wellbeing of my clients. Please feel free to contact me if you feel I could help you. I look forward to meeting you, working with you, and assisting you to achieve your goals.
