I am a qualified member of both The National Hypnotherapy and the National Counselling societies. I will help you learn about and understand why you think the way you do and support your journey to better mental health. I work in a collaborative way with you, using all of my skills and learning, to develop the best therapeutic approach for you. Sometimes the most difficult step is finding a therapist and making that first contact. I will help you to feel safe working with me, but I will also gladly recommend another trusted therapist if you find you dont want to work with me. I work from his practices in Great Saling, Braintree and Clare.
