Since practicing as a specialist brain and spinal injury solicitor I have had an interest in neurology and trauma, particularly the psychological impact of trauma, long-term illness and our human ability to adapt to change in order to survive and thrive. This led me to study hypnotherapy and psychotherapeutic counselling so that I can now help individuals develop their own inner resources and support them in their growth and journey to reach their full potential.

I work with adults on a wide range of issues, including:
Stopping smoking
Weight loss
Improving confidence
Managing anxiety
Stress Management
Relaxation
Breaking habits
Overcoming phobias

I work sensitively and collaboratively to help you uncover your subconscious beliefs and conditioning and identify how these might be holding you back. Through hypnosis, new beliefs and behaviours can be established to break old patterns and help you live a life aligned to your true purpose and identity.

To enhance my existing qualifications I am continuing my training in advanced counselling theory and professional psychotherapeutic counselling with Chrysalis and other accredited CPD programmes.
