I follow evidence based techniques with a splash of my own intuition after speaking to you (the client). I take care to listen and work with you to devise a unique and suitable course of sessions. My aim is always to get you where you want to be. This sometimes involves removing subconscious blocks, releasing emotions and installing tools that you can take away with you. I offer individual audios for post session support too.
Hypnotherapy is a powerful way to get to the root of problems, change subconscious programming and behaviour which no longer serves us. I use a wide variety of tools taken from NLP, Gestalt., psychoanalysis and also use my counselling skills to work with your past, present, future or all three to get you where you want to be.
I take a holistic approach in that every aspect of your situation is considered including the world you live in, your support network, your natural talents and gifts and use these in when delivering the therapy to you - in a way which your subconscious understands and absorbs.
I also ensure that your experience of hypnosis is the best for you and you know that you can be held in a safe space whilst I guide you through the 'therapy'. I work with you during the whole process so you are integral to the planning of sessions and your therapy. If you prefer a less informed approach, then relax and allow me to do the best for you.
