My name is Randa Shami. I am a trained and qualified hypnotherapist and MBT practitioner. I have over 6 years experience working across mental health settings, from inpatient services to community work. I work with clients from various backgrounds and with a range of conditions.
I know that therapy can be a daunting experience and it can be difficult to trust someone; however, I am here to support you through life stressors, both past and present. I will take things at your pace and your treatment will be tailored to suit your needs.
I have supported many clients in achieving their goals, accepting their experiences and making beneficial changes to their lives.
While I specialise in working with self-esteem, anxiety, and relationships, I am experienced in working effectively with many other problem areas.
