I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and have completed a certificate in Hypnotherapy and Counselling skills. I am a member of the National Hypnotherapy Society (on the Accredited Register of the Professional Standards Authority) and I am subject to their code of ethics and requirement for professional supervision.
My academic background is in Social Psychology and I spent over 20 years in the workplace managing people and developing them. I have a good deal of experience in training and mentoring. I am a keen musician, obsessed with Roman history, love cats (two own me) and I am a family person with a partner and offspring.
I want to help people cope better with life in general with a focus on empowering my clients to take control of their inner life to live more comfortably and effectively.
