I am passionate about hypnosis and the positive impact it has on peoples lives. If you have a phobia that is limiting your life, a habit you want to be rid of, or if you want to feel more confident or have a more positive outlook on life then hypnosis could be the therapeutic approach you’ve been missing. As a counsellor with training in CBT and Hypnotherapy I utilise all my skills to understand the issues you are facing and how you hope to achieve change. I will then advise you on the best therapeutic approach for you, if together we feel hypnosis is right for you I will spend time getting to know your likes, dislikes and access how your brain process's new information, then I will write a tailor made script to match your specific need and learning style. I endeavour to not only make the hypnosis affective but also to ensure that it is a pleasurable and personal experience that’s specific to your needs.
I offer hypnosis via Zoom but be assured should the connection break you will come naturally out of hypnosis. Hypnosis itself is a natural state that our body can enter into on its own, if you are a driver you may have reached your destination with no memory of the journey because your subconscious mind has been in control. This is what happens in hypnosis, I guide and encourage change at subconscious level, but your subconscious remains in control and you cannot be made to do or accept any changes that you do not choose to accept.
