I'm dedicating to understanding exactly what you want to achieve, getting results that last, monitoring progress throughout therapy and ensuring changes last. After you have gained all the results you want and have completed your therapy, six month after your last session you will be invited back for a free follow up session to ensure your are still on the right track.
I specialise in anxiety, stress management and the resulting consequences of living with anxiety of any level (panic attacks, ocd, ibs, skin conditions, phobias, eating disorders, weight loss, smoking and addictions).
