I have worked with adults & young people who have experienced difficulties with relationships, feelings of anger, low mood, bereavement and loss, trauma, abuse, bullying & feelings of anxiety.

Many people struggle with feelings of low self esteem, not feeling good enough, feeling the need to prove themselves, of constantly feeling the need to be on their guard, of being on edge.

Past experiences can impact upon people’s current lives leading to issues such as depression, anxiety, substance misuse, compulsive eating, disturbed sleep patterns, over thinking and poor motivation. Hypnotherapy can help many people dealing with those issues.

I work as a Counsellor for a G.P surgery and have experience in the voluntary sector  as well as private practice.
