I offer a bespoke service, tailored to your needs and the changes you wish to see in your life with a keen interest in helping people overcome anxiety, panic, fears, phobias, self-esteem issues and confidence. We start with an Initial Consultation about your presenting concern or issue, where we will discuss the desire and need for change. You will experience a taster session of hypnotherapy to better understand the process and following this, we will work collaboratively on a therapy plan, so that you are fully comfortable with the route ahead. No two treatment plans are the same, and we will discuss the duration of the plan together.
I work with adults and young people aged 11 and above.
