I have many years of experience working within a pastoral role and working with young people and mental health. Through these years of experience and the work I was doing I decided to qualify as a therapist so I could use my skills within the wider community.
Hypnotherapy and counselling can work well together or as stand alone therapies and help clients with a vast range of presenting issues.
I specialise in self-esteem, weight management, weight loss, anxiety, phobias, exam stress, driving test nerves, stopping smoking and confidence in public speaking. I also use CBT, Psychodynamic and person centred therapy
