After working in Education for 20 years as a teacher and headteacher, I have dealt with a wide variety of difficulties, including stress, anxiety, trauma and emotional issues with students, staff and parents alike.
I am a fully qualified hypnotherapist and would like to work with adults and children to help them to overcome any barriers that are holding them back, enabling them to reach their potential, flourish and live the happy, healthy lives they deserve.
