I have worked with families and children for 40 years, both as a teacher and within early intervention and family therapy . Having completed my qualification in Systemic Family Therapy in London, I have more recently qualified in hypnotherapy. I work from my home in central Norwich and offer help with self esteem and confidence, mild anxiety, smoking, weight loss, increasing motivation & performance, phobias & fears, and more recently with pregnancy and hypnobirthing.
