I live in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk where I offer face-to-face appointments for clients. I also offer online appointments (where appropriate) for clients who are not local to Bury St. Edmunds.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, integrative approach drawing on knowledge and experience from hypnotherapy, counselling skills, NLP, coaching and EFT tapping to find the most effective and best way to work together.
I offer support for both adults and children for relaxation, stress release, anxiety & panic, confidence, performance, habits, fears & phobias.
My educational background is in psychology. I have always been fascinated by the human mind. My professional background is in corporate recruitment, training and HR. After having children (and having personally experienced some very effective hypnotherapy) I was inspired to take a career break and re-train as a hypnotherapist.
