I have always had an interest in mental health, well being and self-care. After ten years working in education where I found huge reward in the pastoral side of my role. I decided to to retrain so I could gain a greater understanding of what makes us all tick! I am fascinated in the scope of uses for hypnotherapy and how everyone's experience is different. For example, one persons version of anxiety can be completely different to the next. That's why it is so important to hold the client at the centre of everything I do and why the client / therapist relationship is so vital. It is such a privilege to offer a space where people can come and work through whatever is holding them back. To witness change in people, to see them grow in strength, or to shed what they no longer need is something I never take for granted.
