I am Yvonne Frost, the founder of Art And Mind, www.artandmind.co.uk. My expertise encompasses hypnotherapy, art, and being an Advanced Drawing and Talking Practitioner. With 20 years of teaching experience in secondary schools across Suffolk and Essex, I have worked with SEND pupils and have been trained in Drawing and Talking Therapy, among other interventions, to support SEMH (social, emotional and mental health) needs. In Colchester, as a Drawing and Talking Practitioner, I assist children, teens, and families in overcoming trauma and managing anxiety. In my role as a hypnotherapist, I aid women in achieving specific goals, such as managing menopause symptoms, recovering from trauma, adopting healthy eating habits, and implementing positive life changes. I cherish the way hypnotherapy empowers women to attain enhanced relaxation and wellbeing.
