I am a Permaculture Educator and Practioner. Permaculture is a natural design science mimicking the patterns in nature. It offers a solutions and holistic way of thinking, looking at how systems work, from our own bodies to our social environments.

Predominantly it is about using nature to inspire us into how we live and work, looking at her resilience and ability to bounce back. I focus on our connection to the outside world and it's importance to our mental wellbeing, and building mental resilience. We can learn so much through observing natural systems. I integrate permaculture into how I plan and deliver my scripts.

I believe we all have an inner strength, which we can tap into if we so choose. From this we can learn to step into fear and use it for personal growth. This is where I start from when working with groups, tapping into individual inner strengths, helping to create peer to peer support work, and build strong community mental resilience.

I am a Highly Sensitive Person, the medical term is Sensory Processing Sensitivity. This means I am deeply aware of my surroundings and am an empath. I am happy to work with individuals who identify with this characteristic.

I work currently with adults who experience mild to moderate anxiety and low self esteem. I am also happy to work with those who may experience climate anxiety and social anxiety.
