I qualified as a mental health nurse over 11 years ago now and still work in this field part-time. As a person who has struggled with weight issues throughout my life and made use of multiple diets. I have found Hypnotherapy to be a great assistance for my weight loss journey, as weight loss is not about crash diets it is about mindful eating and sustaining a healthy balanced lifestyle.
