I am a warm, heart-centred and empathetic therapist, creating a safe and open environment. I work in a very intuitive way, finely tuning the therapy to your needs and use a mixture of hypnotherapy and counselling.
I can help with such areas as fears and phobias, unwanted habits or addictions, grief and loss, weight loss, smoking cessation, depression, anxiety, confidence issues, performance anxiety.
I have also studied Counselling Children & Adolescents, Dip CYC.
I am currently studying toward Professional Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling Practice
