As an experienced therapist, I help people of all ages and backgrounds overcome mental health challenges. I use a unique combination of solution-focused therapy, hypnosis, counselling skills, and NLP and extensive knowledge of mental health issues. I provide a holistic approach that addresses the root cause of each individual's problems.
I am an NFCE-accredited Level 4 clinical Solution-focused hypnotherapist. I also hold NCFE Level 2 Counselling skills, NCFE CACHE Level 2 Understanding Children and Young People's Mental Health, and proficiency in NLP. My approach is empathetic, non-judgmental, warm, and approachable.
I am registered on the DBS Update Service (Enhanced DBS) and National Hypnotherapy Society Registration (Professional Standards Authority acreditted register).
I have effectively treated anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, PTSD, addiction, smoking cessation, phobia, and more.
Furthermore, I have delivered therapeutic interventions to children aged 6-12 with various issues at a local school, receiving high praise from educators and parents for my empathetic, calm, yet objective approach. I found this work particularly fulfilling and am keen to develop my skills further in this area.
