Hello! Welcome to Well Therapy. I'm Jenny, and I'm passionate about helping individuals achieve positive transformations in their lives. As a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, I specialise in providing personalised 1:1 hypnotherapy sessions and mental health coaching services. Whether you prefer face-to-face sessions at a local therapy clinic in Mansfield or the convenience of online sessions, I'm here to support you on your journey towards mental well-being and an improved quality of life.

I have a deep understanding of human behavior and mental health from my role working as a behavioral practitioner and have years of diverse experience in working with neurodivergent individuals. I have studied a degree in Psychology, and I am a qualified Behaviour Practitioner and Clinical Hypnotherapist. To further my skillset, I am also currently studying Psychotherapeutic Counselling. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and a commitment to creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges and uncover their inner strengths.
