Hi, I'm happy you found me! I'm Hannah and I use compassion focussed and results driven hypnotherapy to help my clients overcome blocks that have been holding them back.
I have been supporting people of all ages with their mental health and wellbeing for over 15 years. I’ve worked in youth groups, charities, the NHS, and children’s social care in a number of different roles, all focussed on helping people build on their inner resources to overcome challenges and flourish.
Aside from my Diploma in Hypnotherapy, my most influential training has been in Compassion Focused Therapy with the Compassionate Mind Foundation and this forms a central part of my approach. I began postgraduate training in low-intensity CBT-informed Educational Mental Health Practice - I didn’t quite make it to the end of the course due to the arrival of my third baby! Nevertheless, the techniques, skills and research I studied during the course have proved useful throughout my career since then. Other areas I’ve trained in include: Counselling Skills, Childhood Trauma, Single Session Therapy and Positive Behaviour Support.
