I am registered with the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH), National Hypnotherapy Society (MPS), part of the General Hypnotherapy Register (GHR) and Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and I am compliant with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
With a background in Psychology, Advocacy and Suicide Prevention, I bring a deep understanding of human behaviour, mental health and interpersonal complex emotions. Whether addressing mental health challenges, advocating for comprehensive care, or working towards attacking the stigma around suicide, my passion has always been in making a tangible difference in the lives of those I work with, aligning my expertise with the broader goal of enhancing the overall health and wellbeing of others.
A few years ago, I was supported by my employer to receive some wellbeing support in the form of hypnotherapy for some issues I was having at the time. During this process, I fell in love with hypnotherapy and really wanted to explore a change of career...and I'm so happy to say, here we are!
I am eager to bring my knowledge, experience and passion to the therapy room with a heightened sense of empathy and understanding, recognising and valuing your unique experiences and perspectives.
