I have qualified as a level 3 hypnotherapist with Chrysalis Courses.
I have a background in sports coaching, I like to believe this gives me good communication skills and the ability to create successful plans to meet the goals you would like to achieve, working as a team and always working at your pace.

*With phobias I am able to offer an extra package for fear of heights which incorporates gentle exposure therapy to increase the likeliness of success, this would be based in Northampton.
